Can't save game

Hi there, I did a search but I couldn't find anything on this issue. I started a single player game last night and I was really enjoying it. It got very late so I decided to save and continue today. But when I went to save the button was greyed out and I couldn't. So I had to just quit the game and now I'll have to start over. Is this a known issue and if so... is there a fix for it. I have upgraded to the latest patch.

You need to enter a name for your savegame in order to save it.

Alright... so I just start typing? I didn't see the save dialoge box but I'll check it out again.

There's an input box right below the saved games list.
